A Privé Revaux Eyewear Retail Shops sales representative helps drive the business through their knowledge, talent and excitement for the product line.  The right candidate of this exciting new store front is relatable, enthusiastic, stylish, courteous and assertive.  All team members are required to be alert and ready to provide an excellent customer experience. Other responsibilities include a clean work environment, opening and closing routines and register and payment procedures.  All team members are to ensure the store/kiosk is impeccably executed at all times.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education - High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent. 
• Interest in fashion and current trends.
• 1 to 2 years previous retail experience. 
• Comfortable with mobile devices.
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills. Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach and stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility with hours during the busy holiday season

The key holder leads a team of associates to make certain operational tasks and procedures are successful and excellent customer service is provided at all times. Operational responsibilities include ensuring smooth opening and closing routines, replenishing procedures, cash-out systems and employee shift management. Objectives include consistently executing all visual standards, fostering teamwork, providing an optimal work environment, inventory control activities, promoting incentives and sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Store Manager/ Sales Trainer,  Flagship Store, 120 West 42nd Street  New York City

The store manager will be a motivational leader with a proven capacity to develop a core team.  The manager will work closely with Senior management on the strategic direction of the Privé Revaux Eyewear flagship retail store location.  The manager will work to achieve all objectives and strategies assigned while establishing a healthy team culture and store environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Instruct staff to provide a world class shopping experience and service culture.
• Effectively mentor and train individuals; provide on the job training to associates sharing a higher level of knowledge of sales skills, payment procedures, operations, performance, loss prevention and all other company policies.
• Assist senior management in setting goals and managing team member’s performance through regular evaluation.
• Provide constant feedback and coaching to improve your team’s skills and sales results.
• Ensure that Company standards are upheld in merchandising, visual presentations,

housekeeping and loss prevention.

• Achieve/Exceed all financial and operational objectives with regards to expense control, loss prevention, and weekly reports.
• Connect with your customers by ensuring that your team is meeting and anticipating their needs. 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of hands-on management experience with a track record of consistently improving sales performance through best practices, team building, effective sales and store operations strategies. 
• At least 3 years in the retail industry, showcasing your energetic personality capable of exuding positivity and consistently delivering an outstanding, personalized retail service. 
• Proficiency with computers and understanding of POS systems
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meets the demands of a retail business during holiday schedules. 
• Ability to travel to other locations for training if necessary. 
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods of time, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
